I had a pleasant stay at this small hotel, the room was clean, had a nice view of the park, and the bed was very comfortable, plus they offered free Wi-Fi.

location very close to casinos and malls, two shopping centers which have restaurants, shops and exhange offices, and 2 big supermarkets, cinemark, and different restaurants. helpful, respectful staff with smiling face. good choice of goodies for breakfast.

The service was helpful with parking on front of the hotel. The room was fine and comfy, had private bathroom. Location: the property was adjacent to the shopping center and the zoo and Callao and Cinemark.

The location of our hotel was very convenient as we were able to walk to the large, shopping street just next to it. There were many different stores and restaurants to choose from. the hotel room was also great, with a fantastic view from the window. the bathroom and service were both impeccable as well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel did not provide an airport shuttle, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us. We ended up having to take a taxi to the airport, which took longer than we had anticipated.

The Christmas decorations were nice, and the staff was friendly. They gave us a complementary drink upon arrival and a box of chocolates before departure. the location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and a park across the street where we enjoyed a nice walk.

The room was damp and musty, making the bedding feel damp as well. It was uncomfortable to sleep in.
